WE NEED YOUR HEAD, HEART...
Create an account with your corporate email and honestly answer online questionnaire. Your leader will discuss your responses at your next 1-1 meeting.

Write an essay (270 to 320 words) about a personal experience where you were inspired by a leader (personal or at work, share some details) and how you would apply that at Finom to become a Finomenal Leader. This task also will be at the platform
